Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time (Philippines)

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–6 business days

Visayas & Mindanao: 4–8 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

Payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order

Prepare the exact amount to avoid delays

Important COD Notes:

Repeated failed deliveries or refusals may result in COD restrictions on future orders

Orders marked as “Return to Sender” due to non-payment may not be eligible for re-order via COD

Return Eligibility

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Valid proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

2.Send photos of the unopened product + proof of purchase

3.Wait for approval before shipping the item back

Important Notes

Return shipping fees are shouldered by the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your provider
